PROTRUSION HAZARD – Adults and children can be injured or impaled by Zombait’s™ protruding tail

  • Take special care in rough or choppy seas and keep protruding end facing away from eyes, face, and body.

  • WARNING: Zombait™ is intended only for use inserting inside of dead bait fish. Do not use for any other purpose. Do not use for personal hygienic or other reasons [in or around the human body] for any purpose. Serious injury may result.

 

âš  WARNING: SHOCK HAZARD

SHOCK HAZARD – Users can be shocked by Zombait™ lithium ion battery

  • Before each use, inspect unit to ensure that battery compartment is undamaged and battery compartment of Zombait™ is snugly sealed.

  • While at sea, keep unit sealed to avoid risk of shock (and to preserve the life of the lithium ion battery).

  • At all times when changing the battery, make sure that the user’s hands and the exterior of Zombait™ is completely dry.

 

IMPORTANT TIPS AND INFORMATION FOR THE USE OF ZOMBAIT™

Read all instructions before assembling and using the Zombait™. Never leave a child unattended with Zombait™. Never use the  Zombait™ when balance or mobility is impaired due to high seas, drowsiness, or medical conditions. Regularly check Zombait™ to assure the integrity of the product before each use. Regularly check that the exterior of the unit has not been punctured or damaged exposing the internal mechanical or battery compartment. Contact Zombait™ customer service representative for additional assistance if needed. 

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Before storing, rinse exterior thoroughly with fresh water.  Hand dry with a clean towel.

Disassemble Zombait™ and remove battery to recharge. 

ALWAYS inspect unit to ensure integrity and that no damage to the mechanical or battery compartment.

Storage: DO NOT STORE BATTERY INSIDE OF THE ZOMBAIT.   Storage preferably in cool, dry and ventilated area, which is subject to little temperature change. Storage at high temperatures should be avoided. Do not place the battery near heating equipment, nor expose to direct sunlight for long periods.

Disclaimer: Zombait™ uses only the highest quality and safest construction possible to ensure a product that will function in the highly corrosive salt-water environment.  Users must regularly inspect their units and dispose of them at the first sign of substantial damage.  If the user has any doubt, the user must contact Revive Fishing at the contact information provided above.  Dispose in accordance with state and local regulations.

Warranty: Revive Fishing warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. We stand behind all our products and will either repair or replace, free of charge during the first 12 months after purchase, any Zombait™ product that is defective. Warranty Coverage does not extend to damage caused by ordinary use for the intended use of this product nor does it cover any intentional misuse or any use of the Zombait™ that is not in accordance with the instructions stated in this manual. Warranty coverage does not extend to any Zombait™ that has been modified from its original construction in any way. Different or additional warranty rights may exist in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. To the extent that different or additional warranty rights exist under the laws of the purchaser’s jurisdiction, those warranties shall apply and be in addition to the warranty rights.

 

âš  WARNING: BATTERY MAY RUPTURE FROM USE.

RUPTURED BATTERY CAN CAUSE EYE IRRITATION

RUPTURED BATTERY CAN CAUSE RESPIRATORY IRRITATION

Avoid skin and eye contact or inhalation of vapors. Remove spilled liquid with absorbent and incinerate.

If battery ruptures and skin contact results: Flush immediately with plenty of water

If battery ruptures and eye contact results: Do not rub eyes. Immediately flush eyes with water continuously for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.

If battery ruptures and chemicals from battery are inhaled or ingested: Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. Use Oxygen if available. Seek medical attention if necessary.

Dispose of battery in accordance with state and local regulations.
